mangiato pizza?"...mi interessa soprattutto la traduzione di 'quand'è l'ultima volta che...'

Per me sono uguali - Qual è.../ Quand'è... l'ultima volta che ...?, c'è un solo modo di tradurle in inglese:
"When was the last time you ...?"
"When was the last time you saw a film?"
"When was the last time you ate a pizza?"
Certo, si potrebbe dire anche "What was the last film you saw?" (Qual è l'ultimo film che hai visto?), ma questa frase non è una traduzione della tua frase.
In inglese, quando si pone la domanda "What was the last ...?", stai chiedendo all'interlocutore di specificare l'ultimo esemplare della cosa in questione, non l'ultima occasione. Quindi, se chiedessi "What was the last pizza you ate?", una risposta potrebbe essere "I had a pizza margherita last night", o soltanto "It was a pizza margherita."
