Letteralmente sarebbe: Is there something wrong? C'è qualcosa che non va, di sbagliato?
Ma ovviamente come si sa in inglese, non è possibile tradurre frasi in modo proprio letterale, quindi potresti dire What's the matter? cioè qual è il problema oppure che succede? qualcosa che non va?

non mi è chiaro se vuoi la domanda o l'affermazione. Nel caso volessi l'affermazione (c'è qualcosa che non va!) sarebbe There's something wrong.
