Too much=troppo, si usa con sostantivi non numerabili ad esempio: "we have too much water" (non puoi dire due acque o tre acque..)
Too many=troppi, si usa con sostantivi numerabili ad esempio: "we have got too many oranges" (le arance ovviamente le puoi contare).. Too invece vuol dire "anche" se si trova alla fine della frase (I love you too: ti amo anche io) e "troppo" davanti ad aggettivi ad esempio: "I am too tired" (sono troppo stanco), "She's too boring" (lei è troppo noiosa)..

"Too many" si usa per qualcosa che si può contare.
Es. "too many cats"
"Too much" invece si utilizza per qualcosa che non si può contare
Es. "how much milk do you want?"
Too= anche
Es. i love you too = ti amo anch'io
Too much = troppo detto per un sostantivo al singolare
Es. Too much love will kill you = troppo amore ti ucciderà
Too many= troppi
Es. Too many broken hearts = troppi cuori spezzati
