Well I just see filler as a chance to see more of the character that I love. It is kinda of nice to watch the anime and not know what is going to happen. I didn't much care for the bount arc either but actually like this one. It was nice to see Kira has grown back some of his balls since Gin bailed. It was also nice getting a better look at the inner working of the 13 squads. If you are intrested in character development then I would watch it but if you could careless and just want to see what happens with Aizen then go ahead and skip it.
All fillers don't have anything to do with the main story line because, well, they're fillers (and therefore non-canon). As for if it's worth watching... if you want to skip all fillers, then no. The Amagai arc introduces some more filler characters which will appear in future filler episodes, but otherwise, once Amagai's gone, no one ever references him again.
