On his recorded tracks ? Yes. 100% absolutely, the amount of pitch correction applied is insane and unnecessary. No one sings every note like he does in the recording perfectly pitch perfect every time. I'm sure it was not his choice though but rather the producers. I agree about the robotic sounds, but as people mentioned, all popular recorded music that is released today is brought up to 100% perfectly in tune.
On his live TV appearances, it is also used. Or, a more likely situation, they are just back tracking his vocals and he is just singing along to that. More common situation than you'd think, it's just a matter of getting away with it. Again, probably not his choice but when you're singing on live TV for literally millions of people, the producers leave no room for errors. I work in the industry, I have 100% confidence that this is correct.
Now, for his not-so-important live shows, I don't feel it is used. If it is, it's set to a very more subtle setting and simply is just to keep the vocals in check a little more.
Pretty much all recorded music uses it to some extent. For instance, when holding a note it tends to be used to fill it out, even in someone like Idina Menzel who's an amazingly powerful singer.
Now using it to change his voice and fill out every note? No way. And it's a prime example of using autotune when they shouldn't because Buble sounds better live than recorded.
If he does, it will be a well kept secret. So no one here will know! Unless they happen to work in his recording studio and are willing to spill the beans!
No. when he is on chat shows and sings, it is insane. this is proven if you watch him on the graham norton show, where he sings live and is siiiiiicccckkkkk

RE:
Does Michael Bublé use Autotune?
I'd like to think he's too good for Autotune, but his voice sounds quite... Robotic.

Because (unfortunately) it's 2012 and the days of genuine talent being popular are long since gone.
