Cant afford £5000 for tummy tuck, looking at about £3000 as have children and my husband and I decided this is our limit. Have had 3 c-sections but despite exercise good diet etc my tummy is saggy etc. Have seen loads of photos of tummys that look like mine and great after tummy tuck so as desperate for one. Like in Wales. Any ideas, would consider going abroad but would like to go for a surgeon who has recommendations. Please help!

The cheapest way is to jog.
Have u heard & read about one fat American who walked across the states in order to loose weight last year. He did it, he is still over-weight but not that previously fat anymore.
I've been jogging since my school days. To my experience, jogging is a very difficult exercise because during the first 2 minutes in the run, u wish to stop, but once u've complete the run, u can feel a very tremendous pride & satisfaction that u 've succeeded through determination and endurance. You will float in a very serene, calm & peaceful mind when u rest.
Regular jogger can never be fat.
For your starting advice, u must jog atleast 15 minutes per run for the first mounth 3 times a week, 20 minutes per run the next month, finally regular 30 or 35 minutes run or more onwards(depends on yr capability). Do not stop during the run but allow to slow down but don't stop, u can slow down to catch your breath but do not stop. Because during the run, your metabolism just started to warm up during the first 2 minutes, After 5 minutes, sweating started ( this depends much on weather and humidity). The longer u run , the better for your metabolism to utilise all your store-up fat to be converted to energy for jogging.
Do not follow the distance as a guide to run as in competition, it is better to use time. (some jogger will contrary use distance as guide but no time marks as finished mark ).I think either will do.
Once you have adopted this run , you must continue without any stop /letout for the rest of your life, otherwise, all the previous affort will be lost and it is very difficult to startup again to gain back your previous record and physical result.
Show me your determination if you dare to take up jogging.

Hi, I like you have had three children the last pregnancy nearly 15 years ago was for twins, and after that my stomach really was completely and totally shot. I did have a tummy tuck done three years ago this month, and it was the best thing I had done, in conjunction with this I incorporated liposuction as I also had gained weight under my breasts and around the sides. I had this done by a surgeon at BUPA Reading, Berks and the total for both was just £5,000, it does pay to shop around however, I do feel that going abroad is probably not the best, I have heard of many things going wrong, the care from BUPA was second to none, the follow ups were as many as I wanted as was the pre-op consultations. I only paid £100.00 and prior to surgery saw him no less than four times. After the op you do have the added worry of fluid building up and although this wasn`t that something that happened to me, I was concerned and I was seen by him the very next day....thankfully I was ok, just a lot of swelling.
After three years my tummy is still as flat as when I had it done, if you can save that little bit extra I cannot recommend enough the advantages of having your stomach back to pre-children...its wonderful.
Good luck.
Go see your GP - it MAY (although unlikely) be that you can get this on the NHS as it is a result of the C sections.
Sorry can't recommend anywhere.
BTW ignore people who tell you to jog / exercise - the muscle has been cut and exercise will only go so far.
good luck with it - oh and i assume your family is complete because you wouldn't want to undo the good work.
Tummy tuck surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
